1. ARE BED LINEN AND TOWELS PROVIDED IN THE APARTMENT?
Bed linen and towels are provided in our apartment at no extra charge, but they will not be changed or cleaned during your stay.

3. ARE THERE ANY TAXES?
No. All taxes are already included in the price.
4. HOW MUCH DO I PAY TO MAKE THE BOOKING?
To make a booking you need to pay the 40% downpayment of the total charge. This is non-refundable. The payment is made by banktransfer or Paypal.
5. HOW AND WHEN DO I PAY THE REST OF THE MONEY?
The remaining of the balance is payable on arrival in cash.
6. WHAT IS THE DEPOSIT I HAVE TO PAY ON ARRIVAL?
On arrival you will also be asked for 150 euros as a deposit against the possible damage made during your stay. This normally should be in cash, and will be returned in full when you leave the apartment, assuming it the apartment is in perfect condition.
7. IS THERE AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR CLEANING?
There is no extra charge for cleaning. The apartment will be clean when you arrive, but it will not be cleaned during your stay.
8. HOW OFTEN ARE THE APARTMENTS CLEANED?
The apartments are cleaned between guests only, unless otherwise specified. During your stay you are responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment.
9. WHERE WILL WE GET THE KEYS?
The keys are given to you on arrival at the apartment. You will be met there at a time specified by you, subject to our policy of arrival and departure times (below).
10. WHAT TIME CAN WE ARRIVE / DEPART?
Arrivals should normally be between 2pm and 10pm, and departures should be before 11am. Normally provisions can be made to look after luggage during the hours between, but the apartment should be vacated to allow for cleaning. For late arrivals you will have to pay a surcharge to the person receiving you, of 30 euros after 10 PM and 50 euros after 1 AM.
11. WHO WILL MEET US AT THE APARTMENT?
We (the owners) or our representative will meet you at the apartment.
12. ARE THERE EXTRA CHARGES FOR GAS, ELECTRICITY OR WATER ETC?
There are no extra charges for gas, electricity etc.
13. WHAT IS THE MINIMUM STAY?
We require a minimum stay of three nights. (Monthly rentals 30 days minimum).
14. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
When booking the apartment you pay a downpayment of 40%, this downpayment is not refundable. On arrival at the apartment you pay the remaining 60% which, once paid, is also, non-refundable. You may also arrange to pay this prior to your arrival if you prefer. Rentals over 90 days - first payment for 90 days must be paid on or prior to arrival. Payments thereafter may be made every 30 days on the first day of each 30 day period.
15. HOW WILL WE MEET AT BUDAPEST?
There are some possible ways:
- You give us your flight number and arrival time, and a taxi will wait you the airport/train station (with a plate on which your name is written) and take you to the apartment where we wellcome you.
- You give us a time period (within 30 minutes) when you arrive to the apartment, and we will wait you there at that time. (in both cases, please take care of taking the cash with you)
